Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Flora Chemist & Druggist web application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Definitions
- "App" / "Platform" refers to the Flora Chemist & Druggist web application.
- "Merchant" / "We" / "Us" refers to Flora Chemist & Druggist.
- "User" / "Customer" refers to any individual accessing the platform or purchasing products.
- "Products" refers to medicines, wellness items, and medical supplies available on the platform.
User Eligibility & Obligations
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and place orders. You agree to provide accurate registration data and use the platform only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include uploading fraudulent prescriptions, misrepresenting your identity, or attempting to compromise the security of the web app.
Pricing & Payments
All listed prices include applicable statutory taxes. Payments are securely processed via online gateways (Cards, Net Banking, Wallets) or through Cash on Delivery (COD). We reserve the right to correct unexpected pricing errors or inventory inaccuracies and cancel any affected orders.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content displayed on this platform—including logos, text, graphics, button icons, images, digital downloads, and software—is the exclusive property of Flora Chemist & Druggist or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws.
Limitation of Liability
Flora Chemist & Druggist provides the platform and its products on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform, delivery delays, or product unavailability.
Third-Party Links / Services Disclaimer
The platform contains links to external, third-party services (such as secure payment gateways). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any external platforms.
Termination Rights
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account access at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms, involves fraudulent activity, or is harmful to other users or the business.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising under these terms shall be subject exclusively to the courts of Panaji.
Modification Clause
Flora Chemist & Druggist reserves the right to update, alter, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes complete acceptance of the revised terms.
Return & Refund Policy
At Flora Chemist & Druggist, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered to your satisfaction. However, in the rare event that your order is unsatisfactory, we are happy to accept returns under specific conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns if:
- You have received item(s) that do not match your order.
- The item(s) were damaged in transit (acceptance of such delivery should be refused at the doorstep).
- The item(s) are already expired.
Note: If you notice that the package is damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order. If you were unable to check for damage at the time of delivery, raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
- Items being returned must be in their original manufacturer’s packaging with labels and barcodes intact.
- Only fully unused strips or bottles can be returned.
- The batch number of the product being returned must match the one mentioned on the sales invoice.
- The original sales invoice must be provided to process returns and refunds.
3. Items Exempt from Returns
We do not accept returns in the following scenarios:
- Partially used strips or opened bottles.
- Products that require specific storage conditions (e.g., vials, injections, vaccines, penfills, etc.).
- Products that have expired post-purchase.
- A second return request for the same product or order.
4. Return Process
If your order is eligible for return based on the conditions above, you can raise a request within 3 to 7 days from the date of delivery by contacting our Customer Care Centre. Once the return criteria are met and approved, an order pickup will be arranged within 3 to 5 working days. All returns are subject to final verification and review by our Returns team.
5. Refund Timeline
- Refunds for all eligible returns will be issued through the payment method used at the time of purchase (except for Cash on Delivery).
- The average refund timeline after verification is 5 to 7 business days, subject to bank turnaround times and regulatory guidelines.
6. For Cash on Delivery (CoD) Orders
For orders placed using Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed to your bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT).
You will need to provide:
- Bank Account Number & Account Holder’s Name
- IFSC Code
- Bank Name & Branch
Important: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your Flora Chemist & Druggist account must match the name of the bank account holder. NEFT refunds are typically initiated within 5 to 7 business days from our end and may take an additional 2 to 3 business days to reflect in your account.
